What's new
The Porsche Cayenne Coupé Electric gets a lower flyline roof profile inspired by the 911 and a fully electric drivetrain based on the PPE platform. The body has the same length and width as the SUV, but its highest point sits 24 mm lower. Overall height is 1650 mm, and the falling roofline helps reduce aerodynamic drag.
The drag coefficient is 0.23, compared with 0.25 for the SUV. That figure contributes to a WLTP range of up to 669 km, depending on the version, which is as much as 18 km more than the SUV. Porsche Active Aerodynamics includes movable cooling-air flaps and an adaptive rear spoiler.
The car is 4985 mm long and 1980 mm wide without mirrors. Luggage capacity ranges from 534 to 1347 litres, with an additional 90-litre front luggage compartment. The rear seats are available either as a two-seat layout or in a 2+1 configuration, and they are electrically adjustable in two directions.
Specifications and technology
The range consists of three versions, from the Cayenne Coupé Electric to the Turbo Coupé Electric. The most powerful version delivers 850 kW, or 1156 hp, in overboost with Launch Control. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 km/h.
- Cayenne Coupé Electric: 300 kW, 408 hp, overboost 325 kW and 442 hp, 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, 230 km/h, price from 463,000 zł.
- Cayenne S Coupé Electric: 400 kW, 544 hp, overboost 490 kW and 666 hp, 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, 250 km/h, price from 570,000 zł.
- Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric: 630 kW, 857 hp, overboost 850 kW and 1156 hp, 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, 260 km/h, price from 740,000 zł.
Chassis, cockpit and charging
Adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management is standard on the Coupé. Porsche Active Ride is optionally available for the Cayenne S Coupé Electric and Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric. All variants can be specified with rear-axle steering offering a steering angle of up to 5 degrees.
The cockpit uses the Porsche Driver Experience architecture known from the SUV. It includes a fully digital instrument cluster, a central Flow Display, a passenger display and an optional augmented-reality head-up display. Standard equipment is broader than on the SUV, with Sport Chrono and a glass panoramic roof included, while the roof can optionally use electrically controlled liquid-crystal film to vary transparency.
The 800 V electrical system allows DC charging at up to 390 kW, and under certain conditions up to 400 kW. The standard onboard AC charger operates at up to 11 kW. An optional AC charger rated at up to 22 kW is also available.

Markets, prices and availability
A market launch date is not stated. Polish prices are listed for all three versions: from 463,000 zł for the Cayenne Coupé Electric, from 570,000 zł for the Cayenne S Coupé Electric and from 740,000 zł for the Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric. The named market rivals are the Tesla Model X and Audi Q6 e-tron.

Options and packages
The Coupé can be ordered with a Lightweight Sport package that reduces kerb weight by up to 17.6 kg, depending on the version. The package includes a lightweight carbon-fibre roof, additional carbon-fibre elements, specific 22-inch wheels and high-performance tyres. Inside, it brings seat centre panels with Pepita fabric, a Race-Tex headliner and open-pore carbon-fibre trim.
The Lightweight Sport package can be combined with black leather upholstery and a 2+1 rear-seat layout. The options list shows that the Coupé is not only a different silhouette, because it also receives its own package focused on weight, roof construction and cabin trim. Sport Chrono and the panoramic roof remain part of the standard equipment described for this body style.
Verdict
The Cayenne Coupé Electric combines a lower body, a Cd of 0.23, WLTP range of up to 669 km and three power levels. With 1156 hp available in overboost for the Turbo version and prices starting at 463,000 zł, it sits at the high end of large electric performance cars.
