§ 1. General provisions

- The Service is provided and owned by balcerzak.it Radosław Balcerzak, ul. Słoneczna 11B, 64-730 Rosko, tax ID (NIP) 7631978291, e-mail: [email protected] (the “Provider”).
- A User is anyone using the Service. An Account is the password-protected part of the Service assigned to a User who has signed up.
- Before concluding the agreement the User can read these Terms on this page at any time and save or print them.
§ 2. Services
- The Provider offers the following services free of charge:
- a calendar of upcoming car premieres with model descriptions – no sign-up required;
- an Account that lets the User follow selected premieres and receive e-mail notifications about the premieres of the models they follow;
- marketing information about news and offers of the Service – only to Users who have given separate, voluntary consent.
- Premiere information is provided for information purposes and is compiled from publicly available sources, including with the help of artificial intelligence tools. Dates and specifications announced by manufacturers may change, so the Provider does not guarantee their accuracy. This information is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
- An Account is not required to browse the Service.
§ 3. Technical requirements and risks
- To use the Service you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled and, for an Account, an active e-mail address.
- Using electronic services involves typical risks such as malware, phishing and unsolicited messages. The Provider recommends up-to-date antivirus software, a strong password used only for this Service and not sharing it with anyone. The Provider will never ask for your password by e-mail.
§ 4. Account – conclusion and termination
- The Account agreement is concluded when the User completes the sign-up form (e-mail address, password) and accepts these Terms. It is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The User may at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge, stop following premieres and terminate the agreement by requesting deletion of the Account at [email protected]. The Account will be deleted without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
- A User who is a consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons by sending a statement to the Provider's e-mail address. Withdrawal results in deletion of the Account.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice for important reasons, in particular a serious breach of these Terms or discontinuation of the Service, informing the User by e-mail.
§ 5. Rules of use
- The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice, in particular not to provide unlawful content and not to interfere with the operation of the Service.
- The content of the Service, including premiere descriptions and layout, is protected by copyright. Copying and distributing it for purposes other than personal use requires the Provider's consent.
§ 6. Complaints
- Complaints about the Service, including non-conformity of the digital service with the agreement, can be sent to [email protected], stating the Account e-mail address (if applicable) and a description of the problem.
- The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the e-mail address the complaint was sent from.
- Users who are consumers have the rights provided by consumer law regarding digital services.
§ 7. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular by contacting a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the regional Trade Inspection office in Poland, or the consumer protection authority in their country of residence. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
§ 9. Changes and final provisions
- The Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of services. Registered Users will be informed by e-mail at least 14 days before the change takes effect and may terminate the agreement before that date.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
- These Terms apply from 21.10.2026. The Polish version prevails in case of discrepancies.
